GULSTAN: DOG ADOPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FREE AT A MODESTO ANIMAL SHELTER. THE STANISLAUS ANIMAL SERVICE AGENCY SAYS, AN ANONYMOUS DONOR STEPPED UP, TO FUND THE ADOPTION OF 60 DOGS, WHO’VE BEEN IN THE SHELTER THE LONGEST. FEES COVERED INCLUDE A SPAY OR NEUTER, LICENSING, VACCINATIONS, AND MICRO-CHIPPING. THE AGENCY SAYS THEY’RE SEEING A INCREASE IN ABANDONED DOGS. AND THIS DONATION WILL HELP CLEAR THE WAY, TO TAKE IN OTHER DOGS. >> IT IS SO GENEROUS AND SO WONDERFUL TO HAVE THAT HAPPEN TO US. IT HELPS US GET ANIMALS OUT OF THE SHELTER SO MUCH FASTER. The Stanislaus Animal Services Agency in Modesto says a donor will cover adoption expenses for 60 animals. The fees that will be covered include spay/neuter, licensing, vaccinations and microchipping. The shelter said that some dogs have been at the shelter as long as 53 days.
