She has watched the city grow, buying and selling homes in the city for more than two decades.”We’re very diverse here; diverse as far as population but also diverse in types of houses. Our housing stock runs the gamut,” she said. “What we have here is the variety that people crave.” Hunt expects the market will settle in the coming months while remaining attractive for natives and newcomers alike.She stressed, however, inventory is low and the city will need to bring more housing to the area to keep up with demand.Hunt said people interested in buying a home in the area often look for homes based on walkability, schools and size.
