Traveling Concerts in the Park

The city of Stockton will be hosting two free family-friendly traveling concerts in the park in the month of October.

The first concert is 5:30-7:30 pm Friday, Oct. 21 at Angel Cruz Park at 110 Segovia Lane in Stockton. The second concert is 5:30-7:30 pm Friday, Oct. 28 at Dentoni Park. 1430 Royal Oaks Drive in Stockton. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted.

FAHM Fest Stockton

Celebrating community, culture, and history in celebration of Filipino American History Month, San Joaquin Delta College is sponsoring FAHM Fest Stockton 2022.

The one-day event is dedicated to Dr. Dawn Bohulano Mabalon, co-founder of Little Manila Rising. The event also celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Historical Site Designation of Little Manila in Stockton. There will be performances, interactive art installations, food, and more.

Lodi Halloween Fest: Rock for Relief 2022

The all-day event is full of craft beer, food, pop, alternative, and a hard rock music festival. Lodi Halloween Fest will be hosted at IDOL Beer Works in downtown Lodi. There will be a costume contest with multiple prizes for those that dress up. A portion of all ticket sales to benefit Ukraine and local Lodi charities.

Dia De Los Muertos at The Catalyst

Two revelers take in the Dia de los Muertos at the Mexican Heritage Center in downtown Stockton.

The Yosemite Street Village is celebrating Dia De Los Muertos on Saturday at The Catalyst. The free community event celebrates the lives of those who have passed.

There will be a Dia De Los Muertos Painting Party with a $35 per person registration fee required, arts and cultural vendors, a Catrina Pageant and Contest with an adult and a kid’s category, food, music and an art exhibit will all be part of the celebration.

There’s a $10 online registration fee for the Catrina Pageant and contest. Catrina Pageant Prizes include $200 for the first place in the adult category and $100 for first place in the kids’ category.

University of the Pacific Men’s Water Polo team vs Stanford University

The No. 4 ranked Pacific Men’s Water Polo team will take on No. 3 Stanford University on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Eberhardt Aquatics Center. The family day event will start with a pregame tailgate starting at 11:30 am with face painting, giveaways and a food truck.

Trunk or Treat at the Children’s Museum of Stockton

The Children’s Museum of Stockton will be hosting a free trick-or-treating indoor event 11am-2pm on Oct. 23 with community organization’s booths and candy. Children are welcome but not required to wear Halloween costumes.

The Sights and Sounds of Mexico

The Stockton Chorale is celebrating its 71st season and the first concert of the season with a celebration of the culture of Mexico with the Stockton Youth Chorale and special guest Mariachi Bonitas. There will be classical works by Mexican composers and mariachi music.

Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire

Celebrating its 13th year, the Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire is back this October. March down the street of downtown Lodi in your ghost, monster, or zombie costume and join the “Thriller” street dance at Creeper Alley.

Participation or watching the Zombie Walk Parade is free. Tickets are needed for entrance to the Creeper Alley Haunt and other features. Children 12-years-old and under are free with an adult.
