Utah State is coming off a road loss against San Diego State dropping to the Aztecs 85-75. SDSU had an 18-0 run in the first half that was just too much to come back from. San Diego State led by 20 on several occasions and it is a tribute to the Utah State offense that they kept fighting to whittle away at the lead. If the Aggies are able to match that attack tonight, they’ll have a good chance at grabbing the road win.

That is because the Bulldogs are 7-12 and have lost four of their last five. Fresno State is coming off a 63-53 loss against Boise State. Fresno State led at half by a bucket but the Broncos woke up in the second half to run away with the game. Fresno State played great defense all night forcing 19 steals but the Bulldogs struggled shooting. The Bulldogs will have to bring out their tough defense again to keep this one close.
