Sacramento police search for at-risk missing 24-year-old woman

The Sacramento Police Department said it is looking for an at-risk missing 24-year-old woman who disappeared days ago. Aeris Hammock was last seen Friday near 3rd Avenue and 30th Street in the Curtis Park neighborhood, police said. On Monday, police released a surveillance photo where she appeared to be wearing a dark-colored jacket and brightly colored Ugg boots.Police said Hammock is at-risk because of a medical condition. She is described as 5 feet, 7 inches and 170 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes.Officers do not know where she is headed.Anyone with information is asked to call police at 916-808-5471.
